docs(DataRender): drop 'memoize' wording from children-array comment

The \`$derived.by\` is Svelte's reactive derivation, not an LRU cache —
calling it "memoize" read like we'd wired up real caching. Reworded
to "derive … stable reference while value is unchanged" which matches
what the runtime actually does.
