feat(display): replace stub text API with LVGL infra (esp_lvgl_port) (#11)

- init lvgl_port + register DSI panel via lvgl_port_add_disp_dsi
- expose bb_display_screen / bb_display_lock / bb_display_unlock
- reimplement show_splash + show_prov via lv_label widgets
- bb_display_clear is now a deprecated thin wrapper over screen bg style
- drop bb_display_draw_text and the manual esp_cache_msync framebuffer path
- consumer sdkconfig governs LV_COLOR_DEPTH (16) and Montserrat fonts
