fix(benchmarks): fix tak-server language field and align baselines

* test: benchmark verifies DetectTestCommand for 10 languages

Export DetectTestCommand and add benchmark framework test that loads
each config with expected_build_file, creates a temp dir with that
build file, and asserts DetectTestCommand returns a command matching
the config's verify_command.

This ensures the auto-detection fix (Cargo.toml -> cargo test,
package.json -> npm test, etc.) is exercised by the benchmark suite
and would catch regressions. Covers Go, Python, Rust, JS/TS, Java,
Ruby, Kotlin, Elixir, Swift, and Dart.
