chore(deps)!: upgrade testcontainers-go to v0.42.0, go 1.25 minimum

Adapts containers/ to testcontainers-go v0.42 API changes:
- ExposedPorts drops "host:container/proto" shorthand; FTP fixed-port
  binding moves to HostConfigModifier with moby network.PortMap
- Container.MappedPort returns moby network.Port; mysql/psql/ssh
  round-trip via nat.Port(port.String()) to preserve the public
  Port field type
- wait.ForListeningPort now takes string

Other bumps: aws-sdk-go-v2 family, docker/go-connections 0.7,
mongo-driver 1.17.9, crypto 0.50, testify 1.11.1, sftp 1.13.10.
Adds moby/moby/api as direct dep. CI go-version bumped to 1.25.

Post-upgrade cleanup: dropped dead MappedPort/nat.NewPort blocks
in NewFTPTestContainerE; refreshed stale godoc; fmt.Sprintf →
strconv.Itoa; added #nosec G304 where path validation exists.

BREAKING CHANGE: requires Go 1.25.
