test: add coverage for regular Go import hovers and calls

Exercise non-dot imports: LSP hovers on the package identifier and callee for
`strings.Contains`, typechecker markdown hovers for default and aliased import
locals, `loadedGoPackageByImportPath` for the standard import path, and
end-to-end typecheck of qualified `strings.Contains` / `str.Contains` calls
with `IsImportedLocalName` assertions.
