test(gitleaks,gosec): cover Source.Fetch via mock bash script

Mirrors the trufflehog pattern from v1.3.0: each package gets a
writeMockScript helper (POSIX-shell, Windows-skipped) and four new
tests covering the Fetch() entry point — with findings, without
findings, default target path, and env-var command fallback.

Coverage deltas:
- gitleaks Fetch: 0% -> 100%
- gosec    Fetch: 0% -> 100%
- project total: 91.1% -> 92.1%

gosec's fixture uses a marshalReport helper (encoding/json) instead
of a literal 599-char JSON string so the lll linter stays clean.
writeMockScript is duplicated per-package (grype/trivy do the same)
rather than extracted to a shared helper — three tests deep isn't
enough to earn the indirection.
