Regenerate from Wiswa template.

- Bump Yarn to 4.14.1 and refresh yarn.lock.
- Update workflows (publish, release) and agent docs (click-auditor,
  release).
- Refresh .claude settings dist, .gitignore, .prettierignore, and
  .pre-commit-config.yaml.
- Bump dev/runtime dependency floors in pyproject.toml and refresh
  uv.lock; add `ty` script to package.json.
- Update CITATION.cff release date and .vscode/dictionary.txt.
