Regenerate project scaffolding from Wiswa:

- Bump Yarn from 4.13.0 to 4.14.1.
- Refresh workflows (appimage, codeql, markdownlint, prettier, publish,
  pyinstaller, qa, release, tests) including expanded release flow.
- Update `.claude/agents/click-auditor.md` and `.claude/agents/release.md`.
- Refresh `.claude/settings.local.json.dist`, `.gitignore`,
  `.pre-commit-config.yaml`, `.prettierignore`, `.yarnrc.yml`, and
  `CITATION.cff`.
- Update `package.json`, `pyproject.toml`, `uv.lock`, and `yarn.lock`.
- Update `.vscode/dictionary.txt`.
