fix(chart): default Ingress pathType + guard HTTPRoute NOTES on empty parentRefs

- templates/ingress.yaml: default `pathType` to `ImplementationSpecific`
  when not set. `networking.k8s.io/v1` Ingress requires `pathType` on
  every rule path; previously the field was only rendered when the user
  provided it, producing invalid manifests otherwise.
- templates/NOTES.txt: guard the HTTPRoute branch on
  `httpRoute.parentRefs` being set. If a user enables `httpRoute` without
  configuring hostnames OR parentRefs, the template used to access
  `(first .Values.httpRoute.parentRefs).namespace/.name`, which panics
  at render time. It now prints a clear instruction instead and only
  references the gateway when parentRefs is non-empty.
