Replace deprecated test container mount usage (#682)

* Replace deprecated test container mount usage

TestContainers have deprecated `withFileSystemBind`. This change moves away from using binds and instead copies files into a container before it's started and out of the container after it's stopped, as needed.

This is a breaking change.

* windows test

* Fix Windows path separator in DirectoryInfo.toString()

Override toString() in DirectoryInfo record to always use forward slashes,
ensuring consistent cross-platform output since container paths are Linux paths.
Also fix the test to use a hardcoded forward-slash expected string.
