doc: record basedOnTrustState pointer per space materialization

Add a per-space npa:basedOnTrustState pointer to the materialized
authority output, recording which trust state hash the materialization
was computed against. Updated atomically with each rematerialization;
lets consumers compare to the trust repo's current pointer to detect
a stale view during the brief window between a trust-state flip and
the slow-path drain catching up.

Normal authority queries still read viaPublisherAgent directly (no
SERVICE join), so this pointer is informational/audit only — but it
makes the eventual-consistency window observable.
