test: improve branch coverage to 98.8% and fix docs/lint issues

- Add 6 new tests covering previously uncovered branches in streaming.js,
  threeBlackCrows.js, threeWhiteSoldiers.js, and tweezers.js (312 tests total)
- Add eslint-disable no-console to CLI test files
- Remove unsupported eslint-env directive from benchmark.js
- Remove broken Snyk badge and fix several README inaccuracies (kicker OHLC,
  patternChain example imports, stale version tags, external resource link)
