Refactor DWG object writer for clarity and maintainability

Refactored DwgObjectWriter by moving all object-writing methods into private methods of the main class, eliminating nested partial classes and flattening the structure for improved readability. Simplified the Write method and reorganized table and block writing logic into focused helper methods. Added explicit handling for Int16 group codes in the object reader and corrected the reference type for image.DefinitionReactor. Set WriteXRecords to true by default. Improved extensibility, error reporting, and code clarity without altering core DWG writing logic.
