fix(test): silence mix test warnings (#79)

* fix: disable Req retries by default in HTTP client

Req retries transient failures (5xx responses, connection errors) by
default. As a library, retry behaviour should be left to the consumer.

* test: use named module functions as telemetry handlers

Anonymous functions passed to :telemetry.attach/4 produce a runtime
warning about local functions causing a performance penalty. Replace
them with named public functions that receive the test PID via the
handler config argument.
