fix(plugin): propagate EDITOR/VISUAL through overlay backends

Overlay backends (kitty @ launch, tmux display-popup, zellij run, etc.)
spawn children from a server/app process whose env predates user shell
rc files, so EDITOR/VISUAL exports were lost and revdiff fell back to
vi when annotating.

Prepend `/usr/bin/env KEY=VAL` once to REVDIFF_CMD so revdiff itself
starts with the caller's editor env regardless of which backend launches
it. Single-location fix instead of patching each backend separately.

Bumps revdiff plugin version 0.7.4 to 0.7.5.
