main: render live progress display with task checklist

Replace the single-line Rich status spinner with a live progress display
when stderr is a TTY (or WISWA_PROGRESS=1 is set) and neither --debug
nor --quiet is passed. The display shows a bold NFO-style block-letter
`wiswa` banner in the terminal's default foreground, the project URL
right-aligned below it, a seven-task checklist using Unicode ballot
boxes (pending and running as ☐, done as green ☑, skipped as dim
strike-through ☒), and a spinner line with the latest status message.

The new `wiswa.progress` module encapsulates the display. `_main_async`
is split into `_run_workflow`, `_run_copy_static`, and
`_run_configure_remote` helpers that drive task state transitions, and
`_postprocess_or_normalize_python_manifests` now returns whether it ran
so its task state can be marked complete or skipped accordingly.
