UI display polish: fonts, layout, theming, and link rendering

  - Switch body font to Montserrat (1.6 line spacing) via Google Fonts
  - Add centered 65rem content column (thread-scroller outer / thread inner)
    matching ChatGPT/Claude.ai layout; input area constrained to 60rem inner
  - Right-align user messages with 70% max-width and 10% right margin so they
    align with assistant text column; CHAT_ALIGN_LEFT config inverts this
  - Expose HEADER_BG_COLOR, INPUT_AREA_BG_COLOR, CHAT_BG_COLOR config vars
  - Expose SHOW_RESPONSE_CARDS (default false) and CHAT_ALIGN_LEFT config vars
  - Replace Send button with ESC key to stop generation
  - Textarea auto-grows with input; no scrollbar or max-height cap
  - Hide user label when session is anonymous (no "Anonymous" shown)
  - Transform inline links to clickable numbered reference bubbles on stream
    completion; per-block collapsible References detail element for full URLs
  - Remove CSS p+ul/ol/table border-top rule that injected visual dividers
  - Add inline image display rules to system prompt (Hatrac/thumbnail tables)
  - Default allow_rag_toggle to False
