test: add broad compiler, LSP, parser, executor, and transformer coverage sweeps

Increase regression coverage across the Forst pipeline with focused helper tests, example-bundle pipeline tests, and direct branch coverage for typechecker, transformer, executor, parser, AST, printer, and LSP internals. This also hardens a few brittle test utilities and helper-process signatures so the new coverage runs cleanly under lint and CI.

ci(task): add reusable coverage check task

Add a dedicated `check:coverage` task plus the threshold script for local use, while keeping `ci:test` focused on producing `profile.cov` and running the rest of the suite without enforcing a hard local threshold there. The lint config is also updated to suppress the intentional stdlib-like package-name warning for internal test packages.
