feat(sort_pairs): report dedup stats in dump log

Add a `BatchStats` supertrait on `BatchCodec::EncodedBatchStats` so the
number of triples actually written to disk can be queried generically.
`SortPairs::dump` now uses it to log the pushed arc count alongside the
encoded-triple count and the resulting unique ratio when `DEDUP` is true,
and falls back to the previous single-count format otherwise.
