Full CachedPredictor story: CLI support, multi-kind cache
(6-tuple index key), mhcflurry wide→long explode, NetMHCpan
parse_netmhcpan_to_preds (multi-allele + multi-kind), flank
sensitivity in cache key, auto-sniff format from file content,
real NetMHC-family fixtures, README section reorder, docs
refresh, 1141 tests passing.

Closes #137 (multi-kind cache support).
