Add syntax highlighting, copy buttons, and RAG-mode placeholder switching

  - Adds highlight.js (11.9.0) for code block syntax highlighting; theme
    is configurable via DERIVA_CHATBOT_CODE_THEME (default: vs2015) and
    surfaced to the frontend through /session-info
  - Adds hover-reveal copy buttons on fenced code blocks (pre > code only);
    button turns green with "Copied" feedback for 1.5s
  - Switches input placeholder between "Ask a question..." and "Enter
    search terms..." based on rag_mode_active, updated on toggle
