feat: add CodSpeed continuous performance benchmarks

Add criterion-based benchmarks with the CodSpeed compatibility layer
to enable continuous performance tracking of core library operations.

Benchmarks cover:
- PHP eval operations (expressions, string concatenation, arrays)
- ZendHashTable operations (insert, get, iterate)
- ZendStr creation (short and long strings)
- Zval type conversions and string round-trips

The benchmarks use the embed feature to run PHP from Rust, testing
the actual FFI boundary performance.
