Add live tests for Golang (#608)

We introduce integration test for Golang generator, where we compile the
code and run the generated unit tests, if the test data is available for
the test case.

In addition, we fix a couple of minor issues in the generator which
were revealed once we tested with a much smaller meta-model consisting
only of attributes with primitive types; the issues were previously
masked by a large AAS meta-model.
