fix(gateway): add `firmware_version` assertion to T-0103 and split T-0104 (#722)

* fix(gateway): add irmware_version assertion to T-0103 and split T-0104

T-0103 now asserts that the gateway stores the `firmware_version`
field received in WAKE, matching the validation spec (gateway-
validation.md:106-108).

T-0104 is split into two sub-tests per the spec (gateway-
validation.md:112-121):
- WAKE missing `battery_mv` (with `firmware_version`) → discarded
- WAKE missing `firmware_version` (with `battery_mv`) → discarded

The previous single test omitted both fields simultaneously,
conflating two distinct rejection paths.

* refactor(test): extract `TEST_FIRMWARE_VERSION` constant

Address review feedback: deduplicate the hard-coded "0.4.0" string
into a single constant used by `build_wake`, the T-0103 assertion,
and the T-0104 CBOR builder.
