fix flaky TestReplicatedCopyToDetached by waiting for ZK path cleanup

After DROP DATABASE, ClickHouse removes the replica ZK entry synchronously
but the table-level ZK path cleanup is async. When restore runs before
cleanup finishes, CREATE TABLE connects to stale ZK state, causing data
to appear in the table (100 rows instead of expected 0).

Add a polling loop after dropDatabase to wait until the ZK table path
is fully removed before proceeding with restore.
