fix: resolve UI rendering issues (flicker and overlap)

- Remove SetChangedFunc(app.Draw) from errorView to prevent excessive,
  uncontrolled redrawing when logs are appended.
- Use DrawForSubclass(screen, g) instead of Draw(screen) in GraphView
  to ensure the background and borders are cleared correctly every frame.
