Add NetMHC-family cache loaders (#132)

Five new CachedPredictor classmethods that load stdout captures from the DTU NetMHC suite (NetMHCpan, NetMHC, NetMHCcons, NetMHCIIpan, NetMHCstabpan). No new parser code — each method wraps an existing mhctools.parsing.*_stdout function and converts the BindingPrediction list into a DataFrame shaped for the cache.

Loaders auto-detect the version from the stdout preamble and stamp it on predictor_version; explicit predictor_version= overrides.

Caveat: parses stdout text, not NetMHC's -xlsfile tab-delimited output. Documented in docs/cached.md.

Part of #128 — remaining is sharding (concat / from_directory).
