Fix CI coverage merge by normalizing cross-container file paths

Cypress (cypress/browsers image) checks out to /root/project while
Vitest (cimg/node image) checks out to /home/circleci/project. The
coverage merge script matched files by absolute path, so zero non-owned
files overlapped and supplementation had no effect.

Normalize all coverage paths to the merge job cwd before merging.
Add diagnostic logging for overlap counts on CI.
