add example/ sample for pub.dev

pub.dev's package-layout scan flags packages without an `example/`.
This adds a minimal CLI sample covering the most common libwallet
flow end-to-end:

- LibwalletClient.initialize over FFI
- Wallet creation with live Progress(fraction) events
- Deriving an ethereum-type account
- Listing client.assets for the current network
- Subscribing to client.pendingRequests (the sample auto-rejects)

With example/README.md pointing readers to
doc/webview_integration.md for the dApp / WebView walkthrough.
