Don't write plugins that start BlueprintShips- to plugins.txt

Testing[1] shows that the .esm file extension isn't a requirement for Starfield to remove a plugin from plugins.txt, e.g. BlueprintShips-A.esp will get removed even though it won't be implicitly activated by A\.es(m|p|l).
