Rename GraphQL queries; overhaul ES indices

Rename GraphQL query fields: clinicalData -> clinicalDataTab and clinicalTrialData -> clinicalTrialDataTab. Replace and restructure es_indices_bento.yml with a new indices schema: updated mappings, id_field usage, many new index definitions (study, study_data_file, study_specimen, study_diagnosis, studies, widgets_facets_counts, tab_participants, tab_biospecimens, model_nodes, tab_data_files, model_properties, etc.), and corresponding initial_query Cypher queries, page_size and pagination handling. Also update related YAMLs (es_indices_ctdc.yml and single_search_es.yml) as part of the indices/mapping refresh. This change modernizes the ES indexing configuration and adapts GraphQL names to the tab-oriented schema.
