chore(bump): upgrade catalyst storage dep (#196)

* chore: upgrade @dcl/catalyst-storage to use file-type@21

Bump @dcl/catalyst-storage to a preview version that uses file-type@21
(ESM-only) instead of file-type@15, eliminating token-types@2.1.1 from
the dependency tree. This fixes a runtime TypeError in downstream repos
(decentraland/catalyst) caused by token-types@2.1.1 conflicting with
token-types@4.x.

* chore: use published @dcl/catalyst-storage@^4.5.1

Replace preview tarball with the published ^4.5.1 semver range.
