feat: accept email in RemoteKey:new (alias for number)

The EllipX backend's WalletSign:new already routes SMS vs email based on
whether the value contains '@'. Expose this properly in the Dart API
with an explicit 'email' parameter for clarity.

- wltwallet/remote.go: accept 'email' as an alias for 'number'.
- dart RemoteKeyApi.create: now takes {number?, email?} — callers pass one.
- api.md: document both accepted forms.

Bumps Dart package to 0.3.4.
