fix: align breadcrumb text with page content

The breadcrumb column had padding: 10px 0, removing the 15px horizontal
padding applied to normal columns and making the text sit ~15px further
left than the rest of the page. Restore the horizontal padding and drop
the mobile-only row-section workaround that compensated for it.
