refactor(tests): migrate baseclasses and blocks tests to native bun:test

Replace legacy assert/_/run shims with direct describe/it/expect
from bun:test in the two large legacy test files, and remove the
now-unused shims from tests/testbase.ts.

Also loosen QueryBuilderOptions and Squel typings to accommodate
flavour-specific and test-time usage.
