* ci: tweaks

* fix: resolve test failures from concurrent execution and yt-dlp version changes

- Add concurrency: 1 to AVA config to prevent ENOENT errors during parallel test execution
- Update unsupported format test to verify successful output instead of expected error
- yt-dlp version 2026.03.17 now successfully handles the test video URL

* ci: add manual yt-dlp binary download to all workflows

Since using --ignore-scripts, explicitly run the postinstall script in all GitHub Actions workflows to download the yt-dlp binary before running tests.
