Push test coverage to 94.09% - progress bar callback testing

- Add comprehensive testing for CLI progress bar creation
- Test formatValue callback with percentage padding logic
- Add progress bar start/stop/update verification
- Use EventEmitter for more realistic stream mocking
- Capture and test progress bar configuration

Coverage: 94.09% statements (+0.93 points from 93.16%)

Test improvements:
- 83 tests passing
- Progress bar formatValue callback now covered (lines 471-474)
- Better mocking of CLI progress bars
- Enhanced stream event simulation

Remaining uncovered (~6%):
- Lines 495-500: Progress bar data event handlers (require integration testing)
- Lines 609-720: Multi-bar progress updates during batch downloads
- Line 904: Sharp module unavailable error (can't test - loaded at init)

These remaining lines are internal callbacks executed by cli-progress library
and would require full integration tests to cover completely.
