feat: Add Coveralls test coverage integration

- Install Jest test framework and coveralls-next package
- Create initial test suite with 17 tests covering core functionality
- Add Jest configuration with 10% coverage threshold
- Update CI workflow to run tests and upload coverage to Coveralls
- Add Coveralls badge to README
- Configure .coveralls.yml for GitHub Actions integration
- Update .gitignore to exclude coverage artifacts

Test coverage:
- Constructor options and defaults
- Filename sanitization and security (path traversal, invalid chars)
- URL building with filters, pagination, and parameters
- Async helpers (_sleep)
- Error handling for network failures
- Security validations

Current coverage: ~15% (14.59% statements, 10.6% branches, 18.91% functions)
