add P2TR key-path generation and signing (BIP-340/341)

Register the "p2tr" format so Script.Generate/Out/Address produce the
BIP-341 key-path-only tweaked output (OP_1 <x-only>). Add BIP-340 Schnorr
signing over SHA-256 tagged hashes (the bundled schnorr subpackage uses
Decred-style BLAKE-256) and wire a "p2tr" scheme into BtcTx.Sign, which
commits to every input's scriptPubKey via a new BtcTxSign.PrevScript
field. Scope is SIGHASH_DEFAULT key-path spends; no tapscript.
