fix: delegate api key retrieval to Config.api_key/0 (#61)

Client.Req duplicated the API key retrieval logic already in
Config.api_key/0, producing a different error message for the same
failure. Remove the private api_key/0 and call Config.api_key/0
directly, centralising both the retrieval and the error message.

Update the test to expect the canonical message from Config.api_key/0.
