Stop writing blueprint plugins and BlueprintShips plugins to plugins.txt

Since the game removes them on startup, writing them can lead to a situation where you're basically fighting the game to keep them active or with a certain load order. In discussion with xEdit, MO2, Wrye Bash and Vortex devs it was agreed that it would be better to basically declare that BlueprintShips plugins or blueprint plugins that are not blueprint masters are unsupported, since only blueprint masters have an unambiguous load order and there are no official examples of the other types so they're probably not intended plugin types.
