docs: language-agnostic specs for the four mediator services

Adds spec docs under docs/services/mediators/<name>/README.md describing
the complete contract for each mediator. Same structure as the existing
gatekeeper / keymaster specs.

- hyperswarm — wire protocol (batch / queue / sync / ping), topic
  derivation from ARCHON_PROTOCOL, three async queues, IPFS peering, and
  the gatekeeper queue/import/export interaction.

- lightning — HTTP wrapper over LNbits (per-user wallets) and CLN (L402
  invoices), zap flow with LUD-16 / DID resolution and private-host
  rejection, Redis namespace for published-Lightning + L402 pending
  state, constant-time admin-key comparison.

- satoshi — block scanner with reorg walk, OP_RETURN payload format,
  batch DID asset shape, hybrid fee estimator (local + optional oracle),
  RBF loop, persisted MediatorDb shape across four backends
  (json/sqlite/redis/mongodb).

- satoshi-wallet — BIP84 derivation, watch-only descriptor wallet
  imported into Bitcoin Core, on-demand mnemonic fetch from the
  Keymaster (never persisted), PSBT sign-and-broadcast for send /
  anchor / bump-fee.

Each spec covers responsibilities, HTTP/wire contract, dependencies,
env vars, Prometheus metrics, lifecycle, logging conventions, and a
"conformant implementation MUST" checklist. Cross-references between
specs and into the source-of-truth code are clickable.
