fix CI: force-load iOS static lib, handle Android exit code 79

iOS: Add -force_load linker flag to prevent the linker from stripping
FFI symbols from the c-archive static library. Add resolv library
needed by Go runtime.

Android: flutter test on-device reports exit code 79 "no tests found"
even when all tests pass. Work around by checking output for actual
failures (❌) instead of relying on exit code.
