Bump version to 2.2.0

Minor release — CSV round-trip polish:

* Readers accept either 'chr' or 'contig' as the contig column, so
  VariantCollection and EffectCollection CSVs are interchangeable
  (#274).
* from_csv warns on major varcode_version drift recorded in the CSV
  header, since annotation is re-run on read and may produce
  different effects across major versions (#275).
* Docstrings clarify that from_json is preferred for byte-for-byte
  round-trip or for larger collections (#276).

No breaking changes vs 2.1.0.
