Improve various things about widening ops (#39)

This PR makes improvements to multiprecision multiplication and funnel shifting, using intrinsics where possible.
Clang 22 provides __builtin_elementwise_fshl for funnel shifting, and for MSVC, it is better to use platform intrinsics for multiplication instead of relying on std::_Unsigned128.
