🥏 Add @umpire/solid adapter package (#26)

* 🥏 add `@umpire/solid` package

initial work for more solid compat. using it on a personal project and
realized there was still some gaps here even with signals coverage.

* 🏪  add `fromSolidStore` helper

Better ergonomics from solid stores and plays into solid's reactivity
better than the plain 'ol hook. I expect it'll probably get more use if
documented correctly!

* ✍️  Docs updates for Solid adapter

Honestly this is all probably a bit rough around the edges. I leverage
LLMs to write a lot of this but I'm never quite thrilled with the
output. That said, it's a *lot* to document so it's so much easier this
way and doesn't bog me down. Intended audience is humans, so I need to
take care to put more of a human touch in some areas which I'll do on
the next pass.

* 📑 Docs Solid re-word & nav re-org

Realized Signals as a child of UI was kind of a dumb way to organize
this so let's just clean that up too while we're in here and have our
grubby paws everywhere

* 🧪 Expand @umpire/solid shared-store tests

* 🔧 Add changeset and fix Solid signals typing

* 🔧 Address Solid adapter review feedback

* ↩️ Keep @umpire/signals as a dependency
