Refine pylint warning fixes

Define the PIL decompression warning tuple as a single uppercase
constant so pylint still treats it as a constant with pylint 3.

In the transformer, use the optional _bounding_box import itself as the
trim availability check instead of keeping a separate module-level flag.

This keeps the behavior unchanged while avoiding pylint invalid-name
warnings.
