Move Zod docs from Integrations into Adapters → Validation (#24)

🗂️ Move Zod docs from Integrations into Adapters → Validation

Removes the top-level "Integrations" nav section and relocates the
Validator Overview and @umpire/zod pages under Adapters → Validation,
where they belong alongside the other adapter packages. Updates all
internal cross-links to the new paths.
