feat(types): add ExtendableComponentOptions helper for safe option extension

- Add ExtendableComponentOptions type that prevents key conflicts with
  base ComponentOptions (e.g., bubbleEvents)
- Add internal NoComponentOptions helper with user-friendly compile-time
  error messages on key conflicts
- Update Component class generic parameter from O to TOptions for clarity
- Update JSDoc example to use ExtendableComponentOptions
- Make NoLifecycleKeys internal (was incorrectly exported)
- Add test for overlapping options keys rejection
- Update documentation sidebar with new type export

This mirrors the existing ExtendableEventMap pattern, providing
consistent extension safety across both events and options.
