fix(ui): correct byte-offset comments and naming in highlight code

address Copilot review findings: fix misleading "visible-character
positions" comment in diffview.go search highlighting to say "byte
offsets in ANSI-stripped text", and rename visPos to bytePos in
worddiff/highlight.go to match the actual byte-offset semantics.
